 Irene T. Vincent - Principal Broker
Trained in a larger, franchised real estate environment, Irene saw the need for more personal service for buyers and sellers involving direct availability, assisted showings, and compassion through community involvement. With seventeen years of service as a Realtor / Broker she is proud of the repeat clients that have continued to seek her guidance in achieving their real estate goals.
She has successfully involved her clients and their children in community projects in the Greater Manchester area bringing pride of ownership and continuity of service. Irene is active with the Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of Realtors, serving as co-chairman of the Community Service committee and representing the board as chairman of the after-race activities for The Way Home, an organization for the prevention of homelessness. She founded the Princess Club & Royal Friends, which has raised thousands of dollars for the High Hopes Foundation, inspired "kids helping kids," and incited the 2003 Good Neighbor Award from the Board of Realtors. Irene is also a speaker for Manchester Neighborhood Housing Services, encouraging home ownership to those requiring more time and education in the purchasing process. As chairman and organizer for the Cookie Classic, an annual charity golf tournament, she raises funds and delivers assistance to needy families during the Holidays through the Amoskeag Community Volunteers, with whom she has been affiliated for thirty years. A graduate of Middlebury College, Lisa gained marketing and partner service experience at both large and small companies for over five years before joining Hearthside Realty in 2004. Her passion for helping people, coupled with a strong background in project management, client relations, and marketing, compelled her to dig her heels into the real estate business.
Committed to using technology to serve clients effectively, yet dedicated to the personal touch, Lisa provides first-time buyers and seasoned investors alike with personalized, exceptional service.  Trish Lacombe - Agent
With experience in property management, a keen interest in real estate and a desire to make the experience of buying/selling a home a pleasurable one, Trish joined Hearthside Realty in 2007. A graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Trish also holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Southern New Hampshire University.
Prior to focusing on home and family while raising three boys, Trish worked in sales, customer service and corporate risk management for one of the largest retail organizations in the country. Trish’s focus on the customer and a willingness to “go the extra mile” has made the transition into real estate both smooth and exciting. With a strong belief in providing comprehensive support for her clients through the use of staging, Trish is the perfect choice for someone who is new to the real estate process or has not been active in it for sometime. Personalized service, open and consistent communication with clients, and willingness to adapt to an ever-changing marketplace remain Trish’s cornerstones to providing superior service.
When not assisting clients, Trish enjoys volunteering at her parish, cheering on her three boys at their various sporting events and doing home improvement projects with her husband Larry.
