Our Community Commitment

Hearthside Realty is committed to the preservation and betterment of the communities we serve. We hope you'll join us in our effort to make the world around us a little better.

Hearthside in the Community

In 2004, Irene Vincent received the Good Neighbor Award from the Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of Realtors, which recognizes Realtors® who have made an extraordinary commitment to improving the quality of life in their communities through volunteerism.

Hearthside is proud to be a Corporate Sponsor for many community events, including the Princess Club Lemonade Stand, benefiting numerous causes for children, and the Cookie Classic Golf Tournament benefiting local families in need.

We're also big supporters of local youth activities. We are sponsors of Bedford Little League and Youth Basketball teams. Go Hearthside!

On the real estate front, we volunteer at NeighborWorks® events in Manchester. NeighborWorks® Greater Manchester is a non-profit organization dedicated to the improvement of the lives of individuals and families living in the Greater Manchester region by providing access to quality housing services, revitalizing neighborhoods and supporting opportunities for personal empowerment.

Hearthside Realty is also involved with Seniors Count and their efforts to help at-risk Seniors stay in their homes. We have raked dozens of yards for Seniors in the Manchester area with the help of clients, friends, and families as part of the Fall Clean Up Initiative. In 2010, Lisa Boucher was awarded the Young Professional Award at their Annual Symposium for her volunteer efforts within Seniors Count and out in the community during their annual volunteer initiatives.

Our agents are also active members of the Amoskeag Community Volunteers, formerly the Manchester Junior Woman's Club.  ACV members volunteer locally to foster global change, dedicated to enhancing the lives of others through volunteer service.  They support many global and national causes, but focus their volunteer efforts on local causes.  They can be found volunteering and raising funds for local organizations, such as the ROCA Kids Club in Manchester, every month.
