Her passion for helping people, coupled with a strong background in project management, client relations, and marketing, compelled her to join her mother, Irene, as a Partner at Hearthside.
Committed to using technology to serve clients effectively, yet dedicated to the personal touch, Lisa provides first-time buyers and seasoned investors alike with personalized, exceptional service. She uses a balance of traditional and creative marketing methods to list and sell homes and works closely with buyers to find, negotiate, and close on the house of their dreams.
Lisa is the Hearthside team photographer. She is a firm believer that a Buyer' s first impression starts at the presentation online and that the photos taken need to truly capture each room's best features. Her strategic photography and thoughtful post production editing makes Hearthside listings stand out as properties worth viewing. 
In 2013, Lisa completed training to become an Accredited Staging Professional® (ASP) Realtor. As an ASP, she can help her Seller clients achieve that perfect staged presentation that sells homes fast and for top dollar. She has developed a staging team and offers this service to all of her Seller clients regardless of budget.
Lisa has also earned the designation of Accredited Buyer's Representative® and has the tools and knowledge to effectively represent Buyer clients from point A to Z in the home purchase process. The ABR® designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation demonstrates to peers and consumers a commitment to providing outstanding service to real estate buyers. The ABR® is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC)—a subsidiary of NAR—to REALTORS® who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.
Out of the office, Lisa enjoys time spent with her son, Luke, her daughter, Hannah, her husband, Brent, and their French Bulldog, Georgia. As a native of the area, Lisa is proud to live and raise her kids in Southern NH.
She also enjoys staying active in the community. She has served as co-chair of the Seniors Count Neighborhood Committee, a program through Easter Seals, and was a member of
the Amoskeag Community Volunteers. She was the recipient of Seniors Count's 2010 Young Professional Award, in acknowledgement of her outstanding volunteerism and contribution in making a difference for at-risk Seniors, and was bestowed the honor in 2012 of being one of the Union Leader's statewide Forty Under Forty. You can find Lisa delivering for Meals on Wheels each Monday morning.
